Semi-Automatic Infrared Curing with a
The Inframatic Series panels are installed on special rails that allow the lamps to be positioned and moved (length and width) to the most suitable location.
Each lamp can be adjusted by height and angle to achieve the optimal surface radiation, increasing efficiency and prompting optimal drying and reducing curing time.
Temperature can be controlled via a Pyrometer on each panel on the system. Allowing for even distribution on the most difficult spots, resulting in reduced spray booth cycle times.
The space saving installation on aluminum rails allows for movement of the lamps along the length and width of preparation areas and spray booths within the body shop.

With the optional UV-A LED Panels, products with sensitive components can be dried in a more efficient and safe manner. This optional UV-A panels is the core difference between our three Inframatic models; EVO 2, EVO 2 +2 UV-A, and EVO 2 + 3 UV-A.
